These are early education places funded by the Government. They are available for all 3 and 4 year olds and for some eligible 2 years olds.  Please see the County Council website for more information (click here)

Starting in September 2021 the way we offer these funded hours are as follows:

3 and 4 Year Funded Children / 2 Year Funded Children

These children are entitled to a total of 570 hours per year. We offer these as either:

• 15 hours per week for 38 term-time weeks. Children attend either Morning (9.00am-12.00pm) or afternoon (12.40-3.40pm) sessions.
• 12 hours per week for 48 weeks of the year (additional fees will apply click here)

30 hours Funded Children

The Government also offers up to 30 hours free childcare (1,140 hours per year) for 3 and 4 year old children of working parents who meet certain criteria. For more information please click here.

• We offer these hours as 23 hours per week for 49 weeks of the year. (additional fees will apply click here)
